Overview

The following section, in conjunction with our privacy page, returns page and delivery page forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with LR Chassis Europe and you may be bound by the terms described herein.

Prices

All prices on this website are included Dutch VAT. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

Delivery small goods

If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock. We do our best to send out your order at the first opportunity available.

Whilst the Company will do its utmost to keep its promised delivery dates, they are to be treated as estimates only. The Company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the Company shall not entitle the purchaser to cancel an order or to refuse to accept delivery.

Any parcels requested by the customer to be left safe on delivery will not be covered for insurance.

Delivery chassis

We do not deliver chassis to home locations. The chassis are being ordered from abroad, and delivered to our location in Son, The Netherlands. The client is responsible for picking up their chassis at the location of LR Chassis Europe in The Netherlands, shown at our contact information.

Europe delivery

  1. Occasionally the size and weight of the parcels exceeds the basket amount and we may ask for additional funds to cover this.
  2. If you are classed as remote there may also be an additional charge.
  3. You supply us with a list of parts you require, delivery city and postcode and we can supply you with an accurate quote.

Rest of the world delivery

You can send an email to info@lr-chassis.eu with your delivery address, LR Chassis Europe part numbers and quantities and we will be able to send you a quote.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit, debit cards personal or business related.

When payments are made by bank transfer, any bank charges are to be paid by the customer.

Returns

In Accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are free to return goods unused for a period of 14 days after delivery. This does not apply to our chassis. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Postage & Packing will not be refunded for purchases and returns. All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.

Damages and incorrect parts

Any damages to part upon receipt need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours so we can open a claim with courier, so we can resolve issue. Incorrect parts received need to be reported to us with 3 days so we can resolve issue.

Images

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. Products may differ slightly from the images on our website, for example colors or sizes can look different in real life compared to our website images. All product images are either owned by us or by our partners. Unauthorised use of images owned by Land Rover Chassis Europe will be taken very seriously.

Product information

Make every effort to ensure that the product information we use is accurate and up to date.

Ownership

The goods shall remain the property of LR Chassis Europe until payment is received for all account sales. LR Chassis Europe shall have the right at any time prior to receiving payment in full, to enter on to the purchaser’s premises to repossess the goods.

Complaints

We take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. If you feel you have received substandard information or services from us we would like to hear about it so that we can prevent the same thing from happening again. We will make every effort to rectify genuine problems as expediently as possible. Complaints can be made either over the phone or by email (see our contact information).

Force of the majority

The Company shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond the Company’s control.
